Abia State Governor Alex Otti made a significant stride in governance by appointing Dr. Eno J Eze as the chairman of the Abia State Civil Service Commission. Dr. Eno, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role, is married to Pastor Jerry Eze, a distinguished figure in spiritual leadership.

Announced through a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Kazie Uko, Dr. Eno’s appointment underscores Otti’s commitment to bolstering the state’s civil service. Armed with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from the Entrepreneurship Institute Australia and a Masters in International Human Resource Management from the University of Greenwich London, Dr. Eno is currently on the cusp of completing her PhD in Human Resources Management. Her professional acumen is further demonstrated through her leadership as the Lead Consultant, M.D., and CEO of Jeno Management Solutions, a reputable Human Resource Company.

Governor Otti’s administration also witnessed a series of strategic appointments, including Dr. Kalu U. Kalu as Executive Secretary of Primary Healthcare and Professor Ijeoma Nduka as the Chief Medical Director of Abia State University Teaching Hospital ABSUTH. Additionally, Dr. Odochi Azubuike was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Management Board, among others.
