UK-based influencer and social figure, Dorcas Adeyinka, recently found herself in the spotlight after being sought by authorities for a string of accusations including murder, cyber-stalking, abduction, injurious falsehood, threat to life, and extortion. However, her legal representative, Pelumi Olajengbesi, was quick to assert that Adeyinka has always cooperated with law enforcement and has never avoided any invitations for questioning.

Olajengbesi clarified that Adeyinka, known for her frequent visits to areas like Ikeja, Fagba, Ogudu, and Sango, is a law-abiding citizen who has been unfairly targeted amid a social media feud. He highlighted that previous allegations against her were dismissed due to lack of evidence, and she was even summoned for questioning by the Inspector General of Police’s Monitoring Unit in Abuja, where no substance was found in the claims.

Expressing surprise at the police’s actions, Olajengbesi emphasized that Adeyinka’s availability was evident, as she had been seen at a public event just the day before the proclamation of her being wanted. He suggested either a misguidance within the Nigeria Police Force or an unauthorized access to official channels for such statements.
