Pastor Ifeanyi Adefarasin, the esteemed wife of Senior Pastor Paul Adefarasin at House on the Rock Church, recently shone a well-deserved spotlight on a remarkable member of their congregation, Adebomi Saliu-Aina, who was recently called to the bar.
In an Instagram post shared on Sunday, Adefarasin celebrated Saliu-Aina’s outstanding achievement, noting that she had been a part of the church family since the tender age of two. With unwavering dedication and hard work, Saliu-Aina attained the remarkable milestone of being called to the bar with first-class honours.
“From our church family, another homegrown hero emerges! Beyond proud of Adebomi Saliu-Aina who has been called to the bar with first class honours!” Adefarasin expressed in her post.
She continued, “One of the greatest fulfillments is seeing children like Adebomi, who came to HOTR at the age of two, imbibe hard work, dedication, and passion and see it pay off. Her journey is a testament to God’s faithfulness and the unwavering support of amazing parents. (Her mum is a Children’s Church teacher).
“Here’s to embracing the future with gratitude, determination, and endless possibilities!”
Adebomi’s achievement is not only a source of pride for the House on the Rock community but also a testament to the potential for greatness within their congregation.
The celebration comes amidst the swearing-in of a total of 4,412 new lawyers into the Nigerian bar last Tuesday. Chairing the event, retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Mary Peter-Odili, urged the new lawyers to uphold integrity and avoid any actions that could tarnish the esteemed image of the judiciary.
